BASIC

Legal entity and core contact channels reviewed for authenticity.

VERIFIED

Document-backed checks including certifications and export readiness metadata.

Review criteria

  • Company legal identity and contact consistency
  • Certificate evidence (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, product approvals)
  • Export readiness fields: incoterms, payment terms, markets, ports, HS data
  • Document recency (review date and expiry relevance)

Verification FAQ

What does VERIFIED mean on Airspring?
VERIFIED indicates document-backed review of legal identity and trade-relevant records, including certificate evidence and export capability fields.
How often are documents reviewed?
Document review dates are stored on supplier records. Expired or stale records can trigger downgrade of trust visibility until updated evidence is submitted.
Does verification guarantee product compatibility?
No. Verification confirms supplier trust signals and document quality. Technical compatibility must still be validated at part level before ordering.
