We collect only the data needed to operate a B2B supplier directory and lead service:

• RFQ data — when you submit a request for quotation: your name, email, company, country, phone, the part numbers, quantities and requirement details you provide.
• Contact form data — name, email, company and the message content you send us.
• Supplier listing data — company name, address, contact details, certifications and product information, provided by suppliers or compiled from public sources for the directory.
• Account data — if you register: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Newsletter data — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by analytics and used for security and abuse prevention.

• To receive, process and route RFQs and inquiries to relevant suppliers.
• To respond to contact form messages.
• To operate, secure and improve the platform and prevent spam and abuse.
• To send a newsletter, only where you have subscribed.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. RFQ details are shared only with the suppliers needed to fulfil your request.

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (newsletter, optional cookies); the performance of a service you requested (RFQ and inquiry handling); our legitimate interests (platform security, abuse prevention); and legal obligations where applicable.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent we may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand aggregate, anonymised traffic. Analytics scripts are loaded only when an analytics provider is configured. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) solely to distinguish humans from bots.

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, including:

• An email/SMTP provider, to deliver RFQ and inquiry notifications.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Cloudflare, for security and bot protection.
• An analytics provider, where configured and consented to.
• Suppliers, limited to the RFQ details required to quote your request.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• RFQ and inquiry records — retained while needed to handle and follow up the lead, then archived or deleted.
• Account data — retained while your account is active.
• Newsletter data — retained until you unsubscribe.
• Technical/analytics logs — retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Exact retention periods are set by the operator and available on request.

Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
