Terms of Use

Airspring is an information directory that lists manufacturers and suppliers of air springs and air suspension components, and an intermediary that forwards request-for-quotation (RFQ) and inquiry messages. Airspring is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, broker or party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

Supplier listings — including company details, certifications, capabilities and product information — are provided by suppliers or compiled from public sources. Airspring does not independently verify and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or legitimacy of any listing. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, certification or recommendation. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before contracting with any supplier.

When you submit an RFQ or inquiry, Airspring forwards your message to one or more suppliers. Airspring does not guarantee that any supplier will respond, quote, or respond within any timeframe, nor the price, quality, availability or terms of any quote received.

Any contract, order, payment, delivery or warranty arising from contact made through the platform is concluded solely between the buyer and the supplier. Airspring is not a party to it, earns no commission on it, and accepts no responsibility for its performance, including non-delivery, defective goods, payment disputes or fraud.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or spam content through any form.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract directory data without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Use the platform to infringe any law or the rights of any third party.
• Misrepresent your identity or the company you act for.

We may suspend or remove any account, listing or content that breaches these terms.

The platform's design, text, software, compilation of the directory and the Airspring name and branding are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without permission. Supplier names, brand names, logos and OEM part numbers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airspring and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, business or goodwill, arising from use of the platform, reliance on any listing, or any dealing with a supplier.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. (Governing-law country and competent courts to be confirmed by the operator.)
