- Export readiness fields: incoterms, payment terms, markets, ports, HS data
- Document recency (review date and expiry relevance)
Verification FAQ
- What does VERIFIED mean on Airspring?
- VERIFIED indicates document-backed review of legal identity and trade-relevant records, including certificate evidence and export capability fields.
- How often are documents reviewed?
- Document review dates are stored on supplier records. Expired or stale records can trigger downgrade of trust visibility until updated evidence is submitted.
- Does verification guarantee product compatibility?
- No. Verification confirms supplier trust signals and document quality. Technical compatibility must still be validated at part level before ordering.
